Please use a sturdy box for shipping, as padded envelopes may not provide sufficient protection for our knives. Please note that it is not necessary to include the original box when sending your knife for Lifesharp service, as we are unable to return them.

It is important to retain the tracking number of your shipment. For optimal tracking and delivery, we recommend using UPS or FedEx instead of USPS. Once your knife is received by our team, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to log it into our system. At that time, you will receive a confirmation email from our Product Services department.
