Please Note: Automatic knives require extra steps to ensure adherence to Federal Laws. Please see AKOA (Automatic Knife Opening Agreement) Explained for further information and necessary steps to send these knives in for service.
Blade and handle replacements are not covered under the warranty, except in instances of manufacturing defects. The cost for blade replacements is generally 1/3 of the MSRP of the knife. Handle replacements are typically priced at 1/4 of the MSRP of the knife. Additionally, Liners incur a charge of $10 if they are needed. Bolsters are subject to an additional cost.
Please note that any physical damage to the knife is not covered under the warranty. Additionally, the replacement parts are subject to availability, especially on discontinued knives. Checking inventory for discontinued items is recommended by calling, emailing or using chat.
If you are in need of any of the following parts, please ensure that you fill out the parts request form, as we can provide them to you.

- Pocket clip and screws
- Male portion of pivot screw
- Thumb stud (if applicable)
Any other parts not listed above cannot be sent out.

At Benchmade, we strive to provide exceptional support and service throughout the lifetime of owning your knife. Our warranty and parts services are designed to meet your needs and maintain the performance of your Benchmade knife.
If your knife experiences the same failure within 60 days following service by Benchmade, we will supply a shipping label for the return of your knife for further service. Should this issue occur three times consecutively, each within 60 days of service, alternative options will be presented.
Please note that Benchmade does not sharpen or repair non-Benchmade knives.
