The pricing information provided below will give you an idea of the cost for blade or handle replacements that are not covered under warranty. For specific pricing and availability of blade and handle replacements, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team for assistance.
Please be aware that for safety reasons and to uphold the integrity of our designs, we do not sell or ship blades or handles as standalone purchases. If you require a blade or handle replacement, you will need to send your entire knife to us for service in order to have one or both components replaced. Here is an overview of our general pricing structure for non-warranty blade and handle replacements:
Blades: Generally, the blades of our knives require the most production time and are the most labor-intensive part. As a result, blade replacements are generally priced at around 30% of the original knife's cost.
Handles: If you encounter an issue with the handle of your Benchmade knife, we recommend sending the entire knife to us for assessment and repair. Unfortunately, we are unable to send out replacement handles individually.
Internals: All internal wear parts are covered under warranty, provided the working tolerances of the knife have not been altered. We do not send out any internal parts, including springs, washers, liners, spacers of any kind, and latches. If you require any of these internal parts, we suggest sending your knife in for warranty service so that we can evaluate why the part broke and make the necessary repairs.
