Our team reviews all submissions within 2 business hours. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, some updates may not be possible, depending on the order status.
Address Changes
In most cases, we are unable to change shipping addresses after an order is placed due to tax laws and fraud prevention policies.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may offer to cancel it so you can place a corrected order.
If your order has already shipped, we recommend using the UPS MyChoice app to manage your delivery directly through UPS. Or contacting the carrier directly to forward a shipment.
Custom Knife Orders
All custom knives are built to order. Once submitted, they enter production immediately. Because of this, there is an incredibly small window where changes or cancellations can be made. If the knife has entered production:

No changes, cancellations, or returns can be made on custom orders

Please review your design and engraving choices carefully before placing your order
Laser Mark / Engraving Changes
If you need to modify or remove engraving, submit your request as soon as possible using the form above. We’ll do our best to intercept it before engraving begins, but changes are not guaranteed once production starts.
Cancellation Requests
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled or entered production, we may be able to cancel it.
Please submit your request as soon as possible using the Order Update Request Form.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once it has entered production.
Ordered the Wrong Product?
Mistakes happen, we’ll do our best to help. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we may be able to cancel it so you can reorder the correct item. All change requests must be submitted through the form.
If the incorrect item has already shipped, please wait until delivery and visit our Returns page to initiate a return (note: custom knives are non-returnable).
Discounts
All discounts, such as GovX, or promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout.
We cannot apply discounts retroactively.
Need to Make a Change?
Please submit all change requests using our official Order Update Request Form so we can review and prioritize them accordingly. Having requests in writing ensures nothing is lost in translation and helps to protect our customers from bad actors.
