Benchmade is committed to producing and shipping our products as timely as possible. Due to our quick production times it makes it very difficult to make any changes once an order is placed. We have put some helpful steps below on how to make certain changes. The absolute best way to make any change no matter the severity would be to contact us via live phone or web chat.
Address Changes: If your order was just placed and you need to make a change to a shipping address the best way to do that would be to call or use our online web chat. If your order has shipped via UPS (standard) we would suggest downloading the UPS MyChoice app and managing your delivery through UPS.
Custom Order Changes: With every custom order that is sent to our team it is truly a one off build. When you accept the design and you place your order we get started from scratch. With our commitment to producing our custom product in a timely manner, we are not able to make any changes once it has been submitted. We ask that you completely review your orders before submitting so that we can ensure that you are satisfied with the product you have designed.
**We are not able to accept returns or cancelations on any custom orders**
Laser Mark Changes: Any and all engraving changes will need to be done via our live channels to ensure a timely resolution.
Discounts: Any discount needs to be placed at time of order. Benchmade is not able to retroactively provide an ID.me or other discount. Please be sure to check that your discount is reflected before you proceed with placing your order.
