RETURN POLICY
We take pride in standing behind the tools we produce and sell through our direct channels and authorized retailers. If you have purchased a product directly from Benchmade and it is in its original condition, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Please note Benchmade doesn't exchange knives.

If you have purchased a Benchmade product from an authorized dealer, we are more than happy to assist with servicing, but kindly direct any return-related inquiries to the dealer from whom you made the purchase.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Please be aware that customized products are unique in approach. We want your order to meet your exact specifications, so it's essential to carefully review all customization details, including spelling, dates, names, and graphics, before submitting your order. We guarantee the craftsmanship and quality of our customized products and ensure that your tool will be personalized exactly as requested.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-built orders under the customizer, including cutlery, we are unable to accept returns for these items. However, we are able to return inline knives with personalization. A blade replacement fee will be deducted from your refund. However, if we make a mistake, we are committed to rectifying the situation and making it right.

APPAREL & ACCESSORY RETURNS
We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Benchmade apparel and accessories follow our standard 60-day return window and must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return:
- Apparel: Unworn, unwashed, and original tags still attached
- Accessories: Unused and in new condition
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN PROCESS
To submit a return, visit benchmade.com/apps/returns and enter your order information. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via digital gift card if that method is no longer available. Please allow 7-10 business days for funds to be reflected in the originating account. Returns may be rejected if items are used, damaged, missing components, or found to be counterfeit; in such cases, they will not be refunded or returned.
