At Benchmade, we stand behind every knife we make. Our commitment to quality means we’ll do everything we can to help your knife last a lifetime. As part of our warranty support, we offer free replacement hardware, allowing you to perform quick fixes at home without needing to send your knife in.
What Parts Are Available?
We offer the following replacement parts for self-repair on current-production models:

Pocket clip & screws (requires T6 Torx)

Handle screws (requires T6 Torx)

Male portion of pivot screw

Most models: T10 Torx

Balisongs: T8 Torx

Thumb stud (if applicable, requires T6 Torx)
Benchmade cannot send blades, scales, springs, internal lock components, or proprietary hardware. If your knife requires any of these parts, we are still more than happy to help! Internal parts, blades, and scales can still be repaired through our Warranty program.
How to Request Parts
Fill out our Parts Request Form and include:

Your full name and U.S. shipping address

The model number or name of your knife

A list of the parts you need

(Optional) A photo of your knife to help ensure accuracy
Shipping is free, and most requests arrive within 2–3 weeks via USPS with tracking.
Important Notes

One set of parts per customer, per knife.

We do not include tools. You’ll need a Torx driver set (T6, T8, or T10, depending on your knife).

Requests for discontinued or modified knives may need to go through the Warranty service.
