At Benchmade we are committed to having the utmost quality product that is fulfilled in the quickest time possible. We have committed to shipping any production model knives within 2 business days after order. This would exclude any custom knives, Cutlery, and personalize with laser marking items.
Example:
Benchmade Bugout ordered on Monday at 7AM
- We are committed to having this order shipped to you no later than by Wednesday of the same week.
Benchmade Crooked River ordered Thursday at 5PM
- We work as hard as possible to get this out on Friday but it is possible that with the 2 business days this does not ship until Monday.
If you order after business hours this may delay your order until the next business day. For instance: You order a knife on Friday at 6pm. Likely this order will not ship until Tuesday (at the latest) of the following week. We work our hardest to get orders out as soon as possible but
