Once you submit your Lifesharp/warranty request, you will receive two emails. The first email will be an order confirmation with your order number. The second email will have the address that you will need to ship to, including a packing slip that you can print to include in your box.
You will be in charge of paying for shipping to us, but we will pay for the shipping back to you. You can choose the carrier of your choice, and we advise that you get insurance and tracking information for your package so you can ensure it arrive to us in a timely manner.
