Warranty Service – For In-house Repairs
Our limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship as well as the repair of all internal parts. If something goes wrong with your knife, like an internal failure, misalignment, or hardware issue, we’ll repair or replace the affected parts at no cost.
Covered issues include:
- Internal mechanisms (springs, locks, washers)
- Handle hardware or structural failure
- Functional performance not caused by misuse

LifeSharp Service – For Maintenance & Tune-Ups
LifeSharp is our free maintenance program that keeps your knife performing like new. There’s no cost for the service, you just cover the shipping to us.
Included services:
- Blade sharpening
- Deep cleaning & lubrication
- Lock and hardware adjustment
- Reassembly and function test
Parts Requests – For Self-Repair
For minor fixes, we offer self-repair options for customers. If your knife needs a new clip, screw, or thumb stud and it’s still in production, we may be able to send parts directly to you, no need to send your knife in.
Commonly available parts:
- Pocket clip & screws
- Handle screws
- Male portion of pivot screw
- Thumb stud (if applicable)
