Production Time
Custom knives typically ship within 5-10 business days from the date of your order. Because each knife is built from scratch and finished by hand, production timelines may vary based on:
- Material availability
- Current order volume
- Special configurations or engraving
We’ll do everything we can to ship your custom knife as quickly as possible, without compromising quality.
When It Ships
Once your custom knife is completed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see this in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder. The email will come from info@benchmade.com.
Checking Your Order Status
At this time, you can’t track production status in real time, but rest assured, our team is working on it. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received a shipping notification, feel free to contact our support team or call 1-833-557-2526, and we’ll gladly check on your order.
Changes or Cancellations
Custom knife orders are final once submitted. Because each knife is made to your exact specifications, we’re unable to edit or cancel orders once they’ve entered production.
