What's Going On?
Occasionally, shipping carriers may:
- Reroute packages between hubs due to volume or weather
- Scan a package incorrectly, making it look like it’s going backwards
- Delay tracking updates, which causes inconsistent or outdated movement to show
Although this may appear confusing, your order is still being processed through the carrier’s network and often resolves itself without issue.
What You Can Do
- Keep an eye on your tracking page—it usually updates once the package clears the reroute.
- If it’s been more than 3 business days without a location update or the package has been in transit for more than 10 days, feel free to reach out to us or call 1-833-557-2526. We’re happy to investigate and help get it sorted.
Still No Movement?
If your package appears stuck or hasn’t been delivered within 15 business days from the ship date, we’ll work with the carrier to track it down or get a replacement started if needed.
