Check Tracking First
Start by reviewing your tracking number. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered up to 24 hours before actual delivery. We also recommend checking with neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
Still No Package After 24 Hours?
If it’s been more than 24 hours since a package was marked delivered or tracking hasn’t updated in several days, please contact our team. All Benchmade shipments are insured, and we’ll work with you to:
- Investigate the package’s location
- File a claim with the carrier, if needed
- Ensure you get your order or a replacement
What We’ll Need
When you reach out, please include:
- Your order number
- A note confirming you’ve checked your surroundings and spoken to anyone else who might have received the package
- Any relevant tracking updates
What Happens Next
Once we’ve reviewed the situation, we’ll either:
- File a lost package claim with the carrier
- Send a replacement if the claim is approved or if the delay is excessive
