If your promo code isn’t working, here are a few things to double-check:
Troubleshooting Your Promo Code
- Spelling and case sensitivity
Make sure there are no typos and that you’re entering the code exactly as provided (case-sensitive and no extra spaces). - Expiration date
Some codes are time-limited. If it’s expired, it will no longer apply at checkout. - Product exclusions
Promo codes typically do not apply to:- Gold Class or Limited Edition knives
- Select new releases or collaborations
- One-time use
Some codes are single-use or limited to one per customer per day. - GovX or other 3rd party discounts
If you’re trying to stack a discount with GovX or another offer, only one promo code can be applied per order.
